57 year old patient wished to improve her face. She was dissatisfied with the general looseness of the face and the excess skin in the lower eyelids. Her cheeks were flat, jowls visible, lips thin and visible and prominent neck bands. Together Dr Lee and the patient made plan for a facelift, lower eyelid surgery, neck band repair and fat transfer. The fat transfers were made to cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, chin and lips. The patient is extremely happy with the results of the surgery. She looks younger and more youthful and has fullness and nice contour in her face.
