27 yr old patient from Portland, Oregon. She was a 32/34 A cup and wished to be a C cup. She is 5ft 4in and weighs 120lbs. She chose 375 cc smooth round high profile gel implants. Dr John Lee made the incision at the lower breast crease and the implants were placed under the muscle. The patient now looks great and is very happy with the results after breast augmentation surgery.
