This is a 38 year old patient wanting breast enhancement. She is 5ft 2in and weighs 108lbs. She chose 270 cc saline implants with subpectoral placement and inframmamary fold incision. After breast augmentation surgery performed by Dr John Lee she went from a 32A cup to a 32C cup. She loves that she now has a fuller and rounder appearance.
