This is a 22 year old patient wanting breast enhancement. She is 5ft 1in and weighs 115lbs. She chose 330 cc saline implants with subpectoral placement and inframammory fold incision. After breast augmentation surgery performed by Dr John Lee she went from a 32B cup to a 32D cup and loves her new breasts.
