43 year old patient from Tillamook Oregon who wanted to improve her eyelid appearance. After examination Dr Lee found her to have excess skin on her upper and lower eyelids. She also had deep grooves and circles under her eyes. Dr Lee and the patient planned for upper and lower eyelid surgery, CO2 laser under the eyes and fat transfers to the lower lids, cheeks and chin. The result of the surgery was a younger, more rested appearance and the patient was very happy.
